Kickboxing pad work session at the Gymnasia camp

Kickboxing camp in Tbilisi

Two tracks: fitness week or fighter week.

Next session: Aug 4 – Aug 10, 2026

What this camp is and who it suits

Kickboxing runs two tracks and you do not have to commit before you arrive. The conditioning week suits people whose main goal is to come home fitter and sharper, with pads, bags and circuits carrying most of the load. The fighter week suits anyone with a bout coming or a serious interest in having one: more rounds, more clinch, more correction under fatigue. Tell us which one you think you want in the enquiry, and change your mind on day two if you were wrong.

Why train this in Georgia

Pick a conditioning-led week or a fight-prep week — the same coaches run both, so you can switch after day one.

Both tracks run two sessions a day, six days a week — technique and pad rounds in the morning, live work or conditioning in the afternoon — with the volume set by the track you are on. The local takedown culture leaves a mark on the striking too: the clinch and the reset after a failed kick get more attention here than in a pure striking gym. Sunday is a rest day.
